About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces 95g soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons infused honey

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon infused olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce

  • 1 teaspoon infused salt

  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic

Cookware

  • Small bowl

  • Spoon or small whisk

  • Measuring spoons

  • Gram scale

  • Paring knife

  • Cutting board

  • Funnel

  • Mason jar and lid

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until honey is dissolved.

  2. Using a funnel, pour into mason jar and secure lid. Store in fridge up to six months.


** Allow marinade to come to room temperature, then shake or stir before using.


Marinate chicken, pork or fish 2-24 hours.

Use marinade to glaze vegetables.
