Everyday marinade for tasty meals
Ingredients
3 ounces 95g soy sauce
2 tablespoons infused honey
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon infused olive oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon infused salt
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
Cookware
Small bowl
Spoon or small whisk
Measuring spoons
Gram scale
Paring knife
Cutting board
Funnel
Mason jar and lid
Directions
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until honey is dissolved.
Using a funnel, pour into mason jar and secure lid. Store in fridge up to six months.
** Allow marinade to come to room temperature, then shake or stir before using.
Marinate chicken, pork or fish 2-24 hours.
Use marinade to glaze vegetables.
Serves 6-8
