About the Recipe

From baking to glazing to teas and everything in between, honey is a great essential to have on hand, especially for those of us with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons 600mg infused coconut oil

  • 12 ounces honey

Cookware

  • Stovetop

  • Small saucepan

  • Small silicone measuring cup

  • Scale

  • Measuring spoons

  • Large bowl

  • Large silicone spatula

  • Small silicone spatula

  • Funnel

  • Mason jar and lid

  • Handheld mixer or immersion blender

Directions

  1. In a double boiler over low medium heat, melt coconut oil.

  2. Pour melted coconut oil and honey into a large bowl.

  3. Use an immersion blender or hand mixer to thoroughly combine.


    Note: The finished honey should be an even shade, slightly lighter in color and appear a whipped consistency.

  4. Using a funnel, pour into mason jar and secure lid.


Store on shelf indefinitely. Infused honey does not expire.
