Hot or cold, this tasty beverage is full of anti-inflammatory properties
Ingredients
8 cups 1900g water
1/2 cup 170g infused honey
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons hibiscus extract OR 2 cups fresh hibiscus flowers OR 1/2 cup dried hibiscus
1/4 teaspoon fresh lime zest
Ice cubes
Cookware
Teapot or electric tea kettle or large pot
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Gram scale
Zester
Paring knife
Cutting board
Citrus juicer
Pitcher
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Allow to cool at least 15 minutes. Pour into pitcher.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve over ice.
