About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 cups 1900g water

  • 1/2 cup 170g infused honey

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons hibiscus extract OR 2 cups fresh hibiscus flowers OR 1/2 cup dried hibiscus

  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lime zest

  • Ice cubes

Cookware

  • Teapot or electric tea kettle or large pot

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Gram scale

  • Zester

  • Paring knife

  • Cutting board

  • Citrus juicer

  • Pitcher

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Allow to cool at least 15 minutes. Pour into pitcher.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Serve over ice.
