About the Recipe

From creamer in your coffee to whipped cream on your favorite pie, heavy whipping cream is a great basic to infuse and use in all kinds of recipes.


  • 4 cups heavy cream

  • 7 g ground cannabis flower

  • 2 grade b vanilla beans, split


  • Stovetop

  • Large pot

  • Large wooden spoon or silicone spatula

  • Spoon rest

  • Timer

  • Herb grinder

  • Sieve or strainer

  • Gram scale

  • Paring knife

  • Cutting board

  • Funnel

  • Mason jar and lid


  1. In a large pot, add cream, vanilla beans and cannabis. Stir to combine.

  2. Place pot on stovetop over medium low heat and bring to a simmer. Gently simmer cream for 2 hours, stirring every 10 minutes.

  3. Strain cannabis and beans from cream. Allow cream to cool.

  4. Using a funnel, pour cream into mason jar and secure lid. Store in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
