About the Recipe
From creamer in your coffee to whipped cream on your favorite pie, heavy whipping cream is a great basic to infuse and use in all kinds of recipes.
Ingredients
4 cups heavy cream
7 g ground cannabis flower
2 grade b vanilla beans, split
Cookware
Stovetop
Large pot
Large wooden spoon or silicone spatula
Spoon rest
Timer
Herb grinder
Sieve or strainer
Gram scale
Paring knife
Cutting board
Funnel
Mason jar and lid
Directions
In a large pot, add cream, vanilla beans and cannabis. Stir to combine.
Place pot on stovetop over medium low heat and bring to a simmer. Gently simmer cream for 2 hours, stirring every 10 minutes.
Strain cannabis and beans from cream. Allow cream to cool.
Using a funnel, pour cream into mason jar and secure lid. Store in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
