About the Recipe

Infused granulated sugar is the base for infusing many of our pastry or dessert recipes. It's a great basic to have on hand, whether you use it for baking or simply put it in your morning coffee.


  • 1 1/2 cups 300g white granulated sugar

  • 3 tablespoons Green Dragon cannabis infusion (ours is standardized to 100mg/teaspoon)

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla, or other flavored extract, if desired


  • Large bowl

  • Large silicone spatula

  • Gram scale

  • Small bowl or 2 cup measuring cup

  • Measuring spoons

  • Spoon

  • Large baking tray

  • Large silicone liner

  • Pot holders

  • Blender

  • Mason jar(s) and lid(s)

  • Funnel

  • Oven


  1. Preheat oven to 200°.

  2. Line a large baking pan with a silicone liner.

  3. In large bowl, mix together sugar, Green Dragon, and extract, if using, until thoroughly combined.

  4. Pour sugar onto lined pan, spreading into an even, flat layer. Bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool. Break into pieces and put in blender. Pulse until in granule form.

  6. Using a funnel, pour sugar into mason jar and secure lid. Store in mason jar for up to a year.
