2 cups 240g all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cannasugar
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons cannabutter, melted
2 tablespoons infused creamer

Directions
Heat a large nonstick flat griddle over medium heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cannasugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add buttermilk, eggs and cannabuter to dry ingredients. Whisk until just combined.
Add milk, a little at a time, until batter is pourable consistency.
Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop batter and pour onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until bubbles begin to appear, then flip. Allow to cook for 30-60 seconds, then move to serving platter. Repeat with scoop, pour and cook, until batter is gone.
