About the Recipe


  • 2 cups 240g all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons cannasugar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups buttermilk

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

  • 2 tablespoons cannabutter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons infused creamer


  • Square nonstick griddle

  • Large mixing bowl

  • Whisk

  • Gram scale

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • 1/4 cup dry measuring

  • Serving platter


  1. Heat a large nonstick flat griddle over medium heat.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cannasugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  3. Add buttermilk, eggs and cannabuter to dry ingredients. Whisk until just combined.

  4. Add milk, a little at a time, until batter is pourable consistency.

  5. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop batter and pour onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until bubbles begin to appear, then flip. Allow to cook for 30-60 seconds, then move to serving platter. Repeat with scoop, pour and cook, until batter is gone.
